The New Bavarian Super-Bike BMW S 1000 RR





The new BMW two-wheeler is not just technical but also optical-wise well prepared to match with its Japanese super-bike competitors. Its asymetric shape creates an aggressive appearance. At the left-hand-side the designers mounted a head-light reminiscent of an insect's eye; whereas there is just a round shaped head-light at the right side. And the technique is fascinating too: With a power of 193 PS at 13,000 revs the S 1000 RR definitely plays in another class compared to most of the other sport-bikes. Furthermore this is an engine deserving the characterization "driveable" in the true sense of the word
