Here is my video guide on how to convert a KTM 125exc from standard enduro form to supermoto. This may also work on the 200, and also the sx models. The bike is my KTM 125 exc model, on a 54 plate but i have upgraded some parts to the later, 2005-07 style. Remember, things like disk and caliper bolts, caliper pin, and sprocket bolts will need loc-titing, and grease your caliper sliding pins. Its advisable to use new pads when using a different disk. And the best way of ensuring your front spindle is fitted in line and correctly is to put it in place, tighten the 2 pinch bolts on the disk side, tighten the end nut, then push down on the wheel so the forks compress, then tighten the other 2...
